Diamondtear UI question

I am probably one of the few persons that loves the elite mob graphics, so wondered if you could let me know what addon (or combination of addons) you use for your nameplates?

If you start to use this addon, make sure you set data collection off from the options. Anyone who has used it should purge that database as well.
