you just kill the lich king in hard mode 25 and i suppose you also killed the 11 others boss in heroic too this week but no news about the new raid quest in ICC named Personal Property

so it doesn't drop on lich king ? Do you already have a shadowmourne completed ? Perhaps only a shadowmourne user can have the quest

No-one in the guild has shadowmourne at the moment. The quest item drop location remains a mystery, unless we missed some magical box appearing at the throne. I, however, doubt that only the person who has the axe will be able to get the quests. The rewards are flavor items after all.
