Question about screenshot gear?

I'm currently making a Wallpaper to recreate Paragon's 25M HC LK no Buff screenshot, but I can't for the life of me figure out what gear Lazeil is wearing here:

Nope, that's not it... trying to look through some of the robes/dresses to see if it looks familiar.

Asked Lazei yesterday but he hasn't answered yet. It's one of the AQ dresses and there are some TBC emblem bracers too I think.

I thought I knew what Staves Jubela and Diivil were wielding, but I guess I was wrong... anyone know?
